The Role
Our Technology team is growing! We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support the continued development and scaling of our platform as the business evolves.
In this role, you’ll work across both front-end and back-end systems, contributing to high-quality development and delivering technical solutions across the product lifecycle. Alongside coding and architecture, you’ll collaborate with and support other engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and help promote best practices across the team.
You’ll play a key role as a hands-on engineer and technical contributor, working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and reliable applications using modern frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute as a hands-on engineer across both front-end and back-end codebases
• Help shape architecture and system design, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
• Support and mentor other engineers through collaboration, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Design and build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, React)
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and accessible user experiences
About You
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Experience working with Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs or microservices
• Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI) and containerisation tools like Docker
• Knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
