About the Position:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the next wave of growth across our marketplace and broader digital ecosystem, including AI and data-driven products. This role is strategically positioned to accelerate delivery speed, strengthen platform adoption, and contribute directly to our global technology foundation.

You will work autonomously, thrive in ambiguity, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-impact features at speed. This role requires strong leadership, excellent internal and external stakeholder management, and the ability to say no when necessary to maintain focus and quality.

You will operate in a modern engineering environment where AI-assisted development is mandatory, including AI-in-the-loop pull requests, Cursor-style workflows, and the ability to demonstrate real, practical applications of AI in coding and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Engineering & Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of features across backend and frontend

Develop backend services in Python (Django)

Build frontend features using Next.js or React

Improve architecture and propose enhancements with engineering peers

Maintain strong code quality while delivering at speed

AI-First Engineering Workflows

Use AI-in-the-loop pull requests as a core development practice

Apply AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor or similar) daily

Demonstrate hands-on, practical AI usage in delivery and validation

Data, Infrastructure & Deployment

Work with audit data and implement data-driven workflows

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

Develop and operate Docker-based workloads

Deploy to AWS environments, especially ECS/ECR

Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with PMs, designers, and other engineers

Communicate technical trade-offs clearly

Manage internal and external stakeholders confidently

Say no when needed to protect focus and engineering quality

Requirements:

Strong Python experience with Django

Strong Next.js or React experience

AI development workflows are a MUST (AI-in-the-loop PRs, Cursor/similar)

Ability to demonstrate practical AI-assisted coding

Strong data and AI foundations

Experience auditing and working with data

Experience with B2B platforms

Experience with AI/Data product environments, n8n workflows, and LLM-based agents

Experience with AWS (ECS/ECR), Docker, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions

Operates autonomously and thrives in ambiguity

Strong leadership and stakeholder management

Ability to say no to maintain focus and quality
