As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Infa, you will:

• Tackle complex technical challenges at the architecture, code, and product levels, and come up with solutions, balancing practicality and innovation, short and long term.

• Play a key role in Gong’s Frontend Guild, working alongside Frontend developers from across the company.

• Help reshape Gong’s front-end architecture to improve application quality and increase developer velocity.

• Take ownership of the features you develop, collaborating with Product and UX teams from ideation and wireframes to production.

• Contribute to building Gong’s design system.

• Participate in our architecture huddles, where we decide on future code directions and best practices.

• Keep learning: join professional lectures and workshops organized by Gong. Every developer also gets dedicated learning time to gain or improve professional skills.

• Be part of a successful startup technology team that turns our vision into a scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly SaaS product.

You should apply if you are:

• A software engineer with 4+ years of industry experience developing web applications.

• Deeply familiar with how JavaScript works.

• Experienced with React (must).

• Someone who enjoys responsibility and takes ownership of the product.

• Experienced with Java or C# (advantage).

• Experienced in building large-scale, cloud-based web applications.

• Proven in designing and architecting design systems and components.

• Experienced in building and maintaining mono-repo JavaScript projects.

• Preferably holding a degree in computer science or a related field.

• An all-around player: fast, self-learning, proactive and a team player.

• An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written English skills.

• Someone who thrives both independently and in a team of highly skilled peers.
