As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Oriented) at Gong, you'll lead the development of intuitive and scalable applications, collaborate closely with diverse teams, and shape impactful cutting-edge SaaS solutions in our innovative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll Own:

The Full Feature Lifecycle - Taking ownership of features from ideation and design (working closely with Product and UX) through implementation across frontend and backend, to production and monitoring.

Architectural Voice - Participating in architecture discussions and influencing both frontend and backend decisions, shaping scalable and maintainable systems.

You’ll Solve:

End-to-End Technical Challenges - Designing and implementing solutions across multiple layers—UI, APIs, and data—ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Frontend Excellence at Scale - Building rich, responsive interfaces that remain fast and maintainable even as complexity and data scale grow.

Balancing UX with System Design - Delivering high-quality user experiences while ensuring backend systems are efficient, secure, and extensible.

How You’ll Succeed Here:

• Have 5+ years of experience developing web applications.

• Have strong expertise in JavaScript and React (must-have).

• Have solid backend development experience (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar).

• Have experience building scalable, cloud-based systems.

• Understand system design across frontend and backend components.

• Take ownership and responsibility for end-to-end features.

• Communicate effectively and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.

• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
