Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Coaching, Insights and Analysis Group

The Opportunity

The Coaching, Insights and Analysis group comprises three different teams and their mission is to help coaches and players better understand and learn from their matches through intuitive coaching and analysis tools. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join us and help turn match data and video into products coaches rely on every day.

You’ll report to the Engineering Manager be part of a cross-functional product team working closely with engineers, product managers, and product designers to build and evolve these tools.

In this role, you’ll work across the stack: crafting intuitive frontend experiences, building scalable backend services, and contributing to systems that power Veo’s growing platform.

What You Will Do:
• Contribute across the full stack, building intuitive user interfaces while developing robust backend services and APIs.

• Take part in the full product lifecycle - from ideation and design to development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

• Build and maintain scalable systems that support Veo’s growing platform and user base.

• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and data modeling that shape the long-term direction of the product.

• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability in the systems the team owns.

• Collaborate closely with other teams across Veo, including AI and platform teams, to integrate insights and video-driven features into the product.

• Contribute to a healthy engineering culture through collaboration, code reviews, and shared ownership of the product.

What You Could Bring:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a product-led environment.

• Experience building and operating full-stack applications, with proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Django or PGSQL, and well as TypeScript, Node.js and React on the frontend side.

• Openness to using modern AI tools as part of software development workflows, and curiosity about how they can shape the way we design and build software systems.

• A strong sense for building products that solve real problems and deliver value to users.

• Experience designing clean, maintainable systems, with sound judgment around architectural trade-offs.

• Comfort contributing across the stack and collaborating closely with Product and Design to shape user-facing features.

• A thoughtful approach to testing, CI/CD, and maintaining production-quality systems.

• A growth mindset with curiosity for new tools, technologies, and ways of working.

• Interest in sports, video technologies, or data-driven insights is a plus.
