As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will drive end-to-end ownership of product features, spanning from data model design to intuitive user interfaces. This pivotal role bridges engineering and product, transforming complex enterprise workflows into seamless, high-quality experiences. You will champion user experience, ensuring vertical ownership and advocating for optimal design and functionality.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product features from start to finish, including complex configuration user interfaces, workflow builders, and operational dashboards tailored for enterprise users.
• Create and maintain essential customer-facing elements such as SDKs, embeddable workflows, and APIs.
• Design and develop durable frontend solutions, covering component architecture, state management, performance enhancements, and accessibility standards.
• Develop and implement backend APIs and data models for features under your responsibility, ensuring smooth integration across the full stack.
• Identify, analyze, and fix production issues throughout the entire technology stack, from initial symptom detection to root cause resolution.
• Work collaboratively across teams—including design, product management, and customer success—to incorporate user feedback into the product.
• Collaborate with GenAI engineers to embed AI capabilities into clean and user-friendly product interfaces.
• Lead and actively participate in code and design reviews to uphold high standards of quality in full-stack engineering.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in software development, demonstrating substantial expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, with solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking.
• Proven capability to clearly explain complex technical challenges addressed across the full stack, including the reasoning, tradeoffs, and results achieved.
• Extensive experience in designing, owning, and maintaining production-quality APIs, services, and data models.
• Strong background in building high-quality frontend user interfaces, including component design, state management, and responsive layouts, with the ability to independently lead UI development.
• Excellent product intuition, able to spot and resolve user experience problems even when the underlying code functions correctly.
• In-depth knowledge of web fundamentals such as browser rendering, performance tuning, and accessibility best practices.
• Expertise in TypeScript, including the design and implementation of type-safe architectural solutions.
• Hands-on experience optimizing performance across the full technology stack, addressing frontend rendering, bundle size, and backend query/API latency.
• Strong aesthetic sense to convert wireframes or low-fidelity specs into polished user interfaces without direct supervision from designers.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise software, understanding intricate enterprise workflows and user requirements.
• Background in early-stage startup environments, comfortable with rapid iteration and delivering features with limited design or product guidance.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Demonstrated dedication to a testing culture, including end-to-end frameworks (such as Cypress, Playwright) and thorough unit testing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools, for example, GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
• Experience in financial systems, billing platforms, or fintech applications.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and relevant regulatory compliance frameworks.
