Your role at Hostinger

Senior Full-stack developer in the Internal Tools team. As part of Hostinger's Internal Tools team, you'll be responsible for developing custom solutions and integrating existing ones to optimize and automate work and processes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code solutions and making decisions on service architecture. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with many departments of Hostinger, such as Product, Customer Success, HR, Finances, etc.

Your day-to-day:
• Create custom tools, services and 3rd party integrations to improve the work of every department of the company.
• Deliver high-quality code solutions and make decisions on service architecture.
• Write clear, scalable and tested code that creates actual business value. You will actively contribute to improving the codebase, making it more robust, maintainable, and performant with each task.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backend services to identify and resolve issues.
• Some big pieces of work at the moment include: building and maintaining our current APIs, creating tools and automations to reduce the manual work of many departments and working on such initiatives as automated abuse prevention.
• Share feedback with your peers.
• Collaborate with other teams to make an impact and see how your code affects over 3 mln. of our happy clients worldwide!

Your skills and experience:
• Extensive PHP experience (bonus points for Laravel).
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework, such as Vue (preferred), React or Angular.
• Confident knowledge and Understanding of OOP principles & Design Patterns.
• Experience writing automated tests (e.g. unit, integration, e2e)
• Knowledge of REST API, SQL and any ORM.
• Proven experience with GIT for version control.
• Knowledge of the principles of microservice architecture.
• Knowledge of application containerization technologies, like Docker.
• Ability to deliver features while continuously improving the project with each task.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback. Active participation in team discussions, sharing ideas, insights, and being receptive to constructive feedback.

• Gross salary 4000 - 6600 Eur/month (specific compensation is offered based on work experience, competence and compliance with other job requirements).
