We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale modern web applications with a strong focus on ReactJS and Python-based backend systems. This role involves working across the full technology stack, contributing to AI-enabled product features, and collaborating closely with product, DevOps, and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS on the frontend
• Build and integrate robust backend services using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI
• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable RESTful APIs
• Collaborate on AI-driven product features and support machine learning model integration when required
• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS
• Ensure high standards for application performance, scalability, security, and code quality
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver reliable, user-focused features
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, including hooks, state management, Redux, and API integrations
• Proficiency in backend development using Python with Flask, Django, or FastAPI
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT)
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern software design patterns
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging and performance optimization
