Senior Full Stack Developer (React/Ruby)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React to join our team. You will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve the user experience. The project involves patented technology, making it possible for anyone with a smartphone camera to create an interactive 3D model, complete with detailed measurements and powerful design features.

Working hours: overlap required 12:00-21:00 (UTC+2)

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with engineering, product, design, and other business stakeholders to align on project goals, gather and refine requirements, and ensure seamless execution.
• Evaluating different technical approaches, discussing potential tradeoffs, and recommending optimal solutions to address complex challenges.
• Driving the development and refinement of services and tools, ensuring high-quality implementation, and optimizing performance and scalability.
• Partnering with product managers and technical experts to define, develop, and successfully roll out new features that enhance user experience and business value.
• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and implementing best practices to improve system efficiency and team productivity.

• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React and Ruby on Rails
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs, designing efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces for both internal and external use
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficiency in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS and Google Cloud) and experience with building scalable applications that support complex workflows
• Experience in building and growing products from initial launch through maturity, with a focus on improving, scaling, and evolving the product to better serve users and meet business objectives
• Proven ability to take features from initial concept through planning, development, testing, and final delivery, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs
• Experience working in an engineering-driven organization where engineers share ownership of wins and losses alongside products.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders from Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal to build and refine products that meet business and regulatory requirements.
