Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, building scalable, cloud-based software solutions for our clients. This role involves end-to-end ownership of feature development across frontend and backend systems, active participation in architectural decisions, and close collaboration with product and design teams. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack experience, cloud and serverless expertise, and practical use of AI-assisted development tools to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.

• Write clean, scalable, well-tested, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and engineering best practices.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve engineering efficiency and quality.

• Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., planning, code generation, intelligent testing) effectively in daily workflows, with a clear understanding of their limitations.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

• Strong experience designing and implementing serverless architectures in cloud environments, preferably AWS.

• Experience with backend development languages, including Python, in cloud and serverless architectures.

• Solid knowledge of relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization.

• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.

• Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks such as Svelte or React, including meta-frameworks like SvelteKit or Next.js.

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and automated deployment workflows.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decision-making.
