What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

What you will do::
• Architecture & Development: Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance systems and web scraping solutions.
• Mentorship & Quality: Elevate coding standards and team expertise through mentorship and thorough code reviews.
• Ownership: Take full responsibility for tasks from discovery to delivery within Agile workflows.
• Support & Innovation: Troubleshoot complex issues while contributing to product research and new idea development.

What we expect::
• Backend: Deep expertise in Node.js with a proven track record of designing high-traffic, scalable solutions.
• Frontend: Skilled in React with a strong grasp of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript principles.
• Technical Leadership: Experience leading technical discussions, guiding team members, and driving best practices.
• System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and performance optimization.
• Testing: Proficient in automated testing frameworks (Unit and E2E) and writing testable code.
• Attitude & Communication: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have::
• DevOps: Skilled in using Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
• R&D: Experience leading R&D initiatives and/or introducing new technologies/AI tools.

Salary::
• Gross salary: 5800 - 7000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
