As a Backend Engineer at Capco, you will:

Technical analysis and application design aligned with IT Blueprint standards

•
Adopt and apply appropriate technologies in development

•
Develop using suitable programming languages

•
Support technology-related information required for development

•
Stay up to date with IT application technologies to ensure proper adoption

•
Apply application development using SDLC methodology and comply with regulations

•
Identify areas for modification in existing programs and develop those enhancements

•
Write and implement efficient, high-quality code

•
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth and efficient banking services/operations as 3rd-tier support

Skills & Expertise

You will have experience working with the following Methodologies/Technologies;

Job Qualification:

•
8+ years of experience in software development

•
3+ years of strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs

•
2+ years of strong experience in ReactJS and TypeScript

•
3+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies

•
Understanding of software design diagrams such as UML, ER, etc.

•
Experience with Microservices architecture

•
Experience with Extreme Programming (XP), TDD, and pair programming

•
Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

•
Experience with containers and Docker Compose is a plus

•
Experience in deployment and DevOps is a plus

•
Able to communicate in both English and Thai
