Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/PHP/ActionScript)

Responsibilities:
• Participate in all aspects of live game development, maintenance, and optimization across frontend and backend systems in long-running projects
• Work confidently and hands-on with existing legacy codebases, understanding, stabilizing, and improving them without fear of technical debt
• Take strong ownership of tasks and features by working autonomously and independently as a focused one-person force, while collaborating punctually with colleagues when needed
• Offer exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills for technical problems by prioritizing and eliminating obstacles to boost confidence in a deadline-oriented environment

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent training as an IT
• specialist
• 5+ years of professional experience developing video games using ActionScript or Unity
• Extensive knowledge in backend programming with Java and PHP
• Reliable, self-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Strong problem analysis skills with the ability to find simple, robust and efficient solutions for complex problems
• Broad hands-on experience analyzing and optimizing runtime problems and logic bugs
• Team player who values occasional collaboration, feedback, and support, while thriving in an independent role
• Fluent in written and spoken English
