We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Central Systems team and help shape the future of our internal platforms and tools. From ad-serving infrastructure to SaaS-style apps and data systems, you’ll work on high-impact projects that support our teams across the company.

You’ll lead by example by guiding technical decisions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to build robust, scalable, and elegant systems. We're after someone who enjoys solving tricky problems, improving architecture, and driving meaningful change.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Own Full Stack Development: Take ownership of features and systems, from planning and design to delivery and ongoing optimization.

Architect Scalable Solutions: Work with Tech Leads to define software architecture and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Collaborate Cross-Team: Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders across the business to deliver integrated solutions.

Mentor and Support: Share knowledge, review code, and support growth within the team.

Innovate & Optimize: Explore new technologies, streamline workflows, and bring fresh thinking to legacy systems.

Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Actively contribute to improving our CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices.

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

Has 3+ years of experience building and scaling web applications, ideally in SaaS or internal platforms.

Is confident across the full stack with solid experience in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL (or similar).

Understands software architecture, system design, and performance optimization.

Enjoys mentoring and working with mid/junior developers.

Has excellent communication skills and can translate complex tech into clear, actionable ideas.

Can thrive in a distributed team and adapt to changing priorities.

Bonus if you’ve worked with: WordPress, multi-tenant architectures, or security-focused projects.
