About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, architecture, and delivery of production-ready AI applications. You’ll work across the full stack using React and Node.js, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, and deploying scalable cloud architectures on AWS and Azure.
You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, architects, and engineers to deliver complex solutions, including GenAI applications, LLM integrations, and agent-based systems.
In this role, you will contribute to technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and help uplift engineering standards, driving high-quality, production-ready outcomes across projects.
Responsibilities
• Design and build full stack AI applications using React, Node.js, and modern cloud-native architectures
• Integrate AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, embeddings, and agent frameworks, into scalable production systems
• Contribute to best practices across full stack development, cloud architecture, and AI workflows
• Collaborate with product, AI, and data teams to shape technical solutions and deliver against project goals
• Support and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a strong engineering culture
• Implement and maintain LLMOps practices, including prompt management, model pipelines, versioning, and monitoring
• Work with unstructured data (text, image, video, audio) to enable AI-driven capabilities
• Contribute to reusable components, libraries, and internal frameworks
• Stay up to date with AI, cloud, and full stack technologies, applying learnings to client delivery
About You:
• Strong experience designing and delivering full stack AI applications in a hands-on engineering role
• Solid expertise with React, Node.js, and scalable cloud platforms across AWS and/or Azure (e.g. Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure AI/ML)
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities, including LLMs, embeddings, RAG workflows, and agent-based systems
• Experience working with modern data platforms and pipelines (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake)
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and performance optimisation
• Ability to contribute to technical design and influence engineering decisions within projects
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers
• Passion for building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
