What we are looking for:

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Dynamic, you’ll take ownership of critical product features across our web app and developer-facing tools. You’ll collaborate across design, product, and engineering to ship clean, scalable interfaces and contribute to SDKs that power wallet-based applications across Web3 and fintech.

This role is ideal for someone who loves shipping thoughtful UI/UX, has strong full-stack capabilities, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll primarily work in React and TypeScript, and also contribute to Node.js APIs and CDK-based infrastructure as needed.

The anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000–$200,000 for candidates located in the NY/Bay Area. In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes equity and a competitive benefits program.

Actual base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, required skills and experience, and your geographic location. Salary ranges are reviewed annually and may be adjusted based on market trends and internal equity. Offers are made within the applicable range at the time of hiring.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if:

• You have 5 to 7 years of experience building and shipping production-grade software

• You’ve led features or projects from concept to production and have experience building customer-facing applications in React

• You’re comfortable working across the stack, especially with Node.js APIs and modern cloud infrastructure

• You’re passionate about writing clean, maintainable code, and emphasize testing, performance, and reliability

• You’ve worked with external-facing APIs, complex datasets, and scalable infrastructure

• You enjoy learning fast, especially in Web3 and identity technologies, and have a strong sense of ownership over the products you build

• You communicate clearly and asynchronously, and you make decisions with the team and product in mind

• Bonus: You’ve contributed to open-source projects, or worked on wallet integrations or developer tools

Nice to Haves:

• 2 to 3 years of experience building in the Web3 space for a notable Web3 company

• You’re excited about Web3 and fintech, and want to work on infrastructure used by millions of users‍

• You are located close to NYC, SF, Chicago, or Floripa (Brazil)

You will:

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs to power authentication and wallet infrastructure

• Build secure systems that adhere to best practices in encryption, key management, and access control

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop solutions that serve millions of users

• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance across environments

• Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term backend strategy
