Job Description

Report to the Engineering Manager while collaborating with Product Owners, UX
Designers, BAs, QAEs, and engineers.
Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable front-end components using
Angular, Bootstrap, and PrimeNG.
Enhance the design system with the design team via Storybook.
Ensure UI quality and consistency through coaching and code reviews.
Ensure WCAG-compliance, responsiveness, and user-friendliness.
Foster design system adoption across teams and squads.
Identify and resolve development process bottlenecks for improved efficiency
Essential
Strong experience in modern engineering practices and disciplines.
Proven expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SASS, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap
and PrimeNG.
Track record in designing and implementing scalable web applications using
Micro Front-Ends, SSG, SSR, Component Libraries.
Experience in performance optimization, lazy loading and efficient rendering.
Proficient in crafting WCAG-compliant and accessible UIs.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with backend engineers, UX/UI designers,
and product managers.
Knowledgeable in Agile & Lean delivery principles (Scrum preferred).
Experienced with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevOps automation.
Familiarity with security best practices in web development.
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker).
Experience in financial services or payments processing.
Experience with Dynatrace and/or Adobe Analytics.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a learning culture within the tea
