N-iX is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (SAP Commerce / Web Components) to join our team.

About the Project
Our client operates a unified enterprise e-commerce platform based on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), serving multiple business units through a shared Core platform and several business-specific implementations.

The frontend team plays a key role in building scalable, reusable UI solutions that integrate seamlessly with backend services and support complex e-commerce flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend functionality using modern JavaScript (ES6+) and Stencil.js

• Design and build reusable, scalable Web Components

• Implement responsive and adaptive user interfaces based on UX/UI designs

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured HTML5 and SCSS

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services via REST APIs

• Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA engineers

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices

• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and overall user experience

• Ensure frontend solutions align with enterprise standards and scalability requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+)

• Hands-on experience with Stencil.js and Web Components architecture (or willingness to work and develop with this stack)

• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and responsive design principles

• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs

• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques

• Experience working in component-based frontend architectures

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, Agile team

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or enterprise e-commerce platforms

• Experience with design systems or UI libraries

• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Java, Spring)

• Experience with testing frameworks for frontend applications

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
