Valleysoft is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer experienced in both React and React Native to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust web and mobile applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Your expertise in frontend technologies will be crucial to crafting high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, backend development, and product management, you'll help turn complex requirements into beautiful and performant interfaces.

This position demands a deep understanding of both web and mobile development environments, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building user-centric applications.

Requirements:
Senior Frontend Engineer Profile (3-5 Years)

Core Stack: React, React Native, Monorepos (Nx/Turbo), TypeScript.

Technical Requirements:
- Dual Mastery: 3+ years shipping production code in both React (Web) and React Native (Mobile).
- Monorepo Expert: Proven experience managing shared logic and libraries across platforms.
- State and Data: Deep knowledge of Zustand/Redux, Redux-toolkit and Type-safe APIs.
- Performance: Skilled in virtualization, mobile memory management, and build optimization.
- Testing: Unit and Integration testing (Jest, RTL) and E2E (Detox/Cypress).

Proactive and Smart (Soft Skills):
- Ownership: Takes features from Figma to Production with minimal supervision.
- Critical Thinker: Identifies edge cases and flags technical debt before coding.
- Solution-Driven: Proactively suggests architectural improvements; does not just take tickets.
