Senior Frontend Engineer (React Native)

Here at Mindera, we are continuously developing a fantastic team, and would love it for you to join us. As a Frontend Software Engineer you will be responsible for building fluid and responsive user interfaces for multiple platforms and devices.

We are looking for experienced Engineers with an appetite for solving complex problems and build seamless user interactions to world-class standards.

National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 0%-15% estimated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for mobile and web platforms using React Native and Expo
• Implement features across iOS, Android, and Web using a single codebase
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate designs into pixel-perfect implementations
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code following best practices and team standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites with strong coverage
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Optimize performance and identify bottlenecks across different platforms
• Debug and troubleshoot issues on physical devices and simulators
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve the development process

Requirements:
You're great at:

• 10 years of professional experience relevant for the role
• Vast experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong experience with React and React Native (0.76+)
• Experience with Expo for cross-platform development
• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client) and REST APIs (React Query/TanStack)
• Experience with state management solutions (Zustand, Redux, Context API)
• Experience with React Navigation for mobile navigation patterns
• Strong understanding of responsive design across multiple device types and platforms
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing (Jest)
• Test-driven development (TDD) mindset
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Being passionate, self-driven, and working with little supervision towards common team or company purpose

Nice to have:

• Experience with Expo modules and native modules
• Familiarity with Firebase services
• Experience with analytics/monitoring tools (New Relic, Braze)
• Knowledge of platform-specific considerations (iOS/Android)
• Experience building design systems or component libraries

Benefits:
The maximum monthly NET salary for this position is 70 million VND. Final offers will be based on experience and alignment with the role's requirements.
