Compensation and Contract Model

Model: B2B Contract (100% Remote)

Availability: Collaboration within the Central European Timezone (CET).

Hourly Rate (USD): $40 - $50 USD / hour

Support: We provide support with formalities for Polish contractors working with a U.S. company.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will help in designing and implementing advanced cloud systems for IoT:

• Build and maintain complex React/TypeScript web applications for industrial IoT monitoring and asset management.
• Develop type-safe, scalable UI components.
• Implement robust data fetching and state management.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and handle real-time asset telemetry data.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Optimize application performance.
• Work with designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive UIs across devices.

What You'll Bring

We are seeking an engineer with senior proficiency and architectural understanding of modern user interfaces:

• Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Vite build tooling and optimization techniques.
• Deep understanding of CSS-in-JS solutions.
• Solid experience writing unit tests with Vitest or similar frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and handling async operations.
• Familiarity with Git workflows.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• English Proficiency: Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with U.S. partners and clients.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines for CI/CD.
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Knowledge of Azure Container Apps and cloud deployment strategies.
• Background in industrial IoT, asset management, or monitoring systems.
