What are we proposing?

Be a hands-on Senior Frontend Engineer who cares deeply about writing high-quality, maintainable code, while also using modern tools (including AI) to work smarter and move faster. You’ll help us ship better frontend experiences by combining solid engineering fundamentals with a pragmatic, productivity-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship high-quality frontend code that is readable, maintainable, and production-ready, taking features from idea to release.
• Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully (e.g. for prototyping, refactoring, testing, documentation, or exploration) to increase delivery speed without compromising code quality.
• Work on Growth experiments and iterations, supporting fast feedback loops, A/B tests, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and Design, ensuring clean interfaces, good UX, and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Keep the codebase healthy, improving existing areas, paying down technical debt, and raising quality where it matters most.

• Support the team through reviews and knowledge sharing, leading by example and helping others improve their craft.

Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience writing and maintaining frontend code used by real users.
• A clear understanding of what “good code” looks like in a fast-growing product (readability, testability, pragmatism)
• Experience using AI or automation tools to boost personal productivity while maintaining engineering standards.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments where learning, iteration, and adaptability matter.
• Good understanding of frontend performance, UX, and accessibility basics.
• Strong experience with React.
• Very solid TypeScript skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Experience with component-based architectures and shared design systems.
• Familiarity with frontend testing and code quality practices.
• Comfort using modern developer tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to work more efficiently.
• Backend experience on PHP be taken into account (Big plus).
