Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled HTML / CSS / JavaScript Developer to build and maintain high- quality, responsive, and performance-driven user interfaces for enterprise applications, websites, and microsites. The role requires strong frontend fundamentals, attention to detail, and close collaboration with UX, backend, and QA teams.

Key responsibilities::
• Develop responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Convert UX/UI designs (Figma / Adobe XD) into high-quality frontend code

• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform compatibility

• Optimize frontend performance, page load speed, and accessibility

• Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and web standards

• Integrate frontend code with backend APIs and CMS platforms

• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and QA during development and UAT

• Debug UI issues and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code

• Support production releases and post-go-live fixes

Skills and attributes for success::
• Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first development

• Proficiency in CSS preprocessors and frameworks (SCSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)

• Good understanding of DOM manipulation and browser rendering behavior

• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and debugging tools

• Familiarity with Git / version control systems

• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and SEO best practices

Good to Have:
• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries (React, Angular – basic to intermediate)

• Exposure to CMS platforms (WordPress, headless CMS)

• Knowledge of performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed)

• Experience working on high-traffic or enterprise-scale websites

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and CDN integration

Preferred education and experience::
• Experience working in media, entertainment, or large enterprise environments
