To drive our “Digital Business Partner” vision, we’re expanding our Engineering team and looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design and build the next generation of our platform services and applications.

Your Responsibilities:
Test As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-ready web applications using React, TypeScript, and with micro-frontend architecture. You’ll take ownership across the modern frontends and system integrations - while driving code quality, CI/CD automation, and maintainable architecture. You’ll collaborate with Product Manager, UX/UI designer, QA in a cross-functional team to clarify requirements, align on priorities, and deliver value through efficient agile development. You’ll also mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing and contribute to cross-team technical initiatives that shape scalable, resilient systems. 

What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain platform UI components and services using React, TypeScript and other modern frontend technologies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality by writing tests, enforcing standards, and maintaining deployment automation with tools like GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and SonarQube.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on technical and strategic priorities, clarify requirements, and plan cross-functional work. Communication via tickets system, Microsoft Teams, and regular agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior frontend engineers - providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and supporting professional development to improve overall engineering output.
• Contribute to system and application architecture - making design decisions for scalable and maintainable systems; evaluate and introduce new technologies where appropriate; push cross-team technical initiatives and coordinate efforts across teams.

Your Profile:
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Frontend or Full-Stack Engineer.
• Proven experience with a focus on quality, clean code, and team collaboration.
• Demonstrated track record partnering with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA, and business stakeholders on technical initiatives.
• Proficiency in modern technologies, e.g., React, TypeScript/JavaScript, etc. Strong frontend skills: HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks.
• Extensive experience with scalable (micro-)frontend architectures and cloud-ready applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of clean code practices, design patterns, and thorough unit testing and integration testing.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD; plus Jenkins/SonarQube).
• Comfortable in agile environments (e.g., Scrum) with a bias toward collaboration, transparency, and delivery.
