As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in frontend development, a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Requirements:
Core Stack: React, React Native, Monorepos (Nx/Turbo), TypeScript.

Technical Requirements:
- Dual Mastery: 3+ years shipping production code in both React (Web) and React Native (Mobile).
- Monorepo Expert: Proven experience managing shared logic and libraries across platforms.
- State and Data: Deep knowledge of Zustand/Redux, Redux-toolkit and Type-safe APIs.
- Performance: Skilled in virtualization, mobile memory management, and build optimization.
- Testing: Unit and Integration testing (Jest, RTL) and E2E (Detox/Cypress).

Proactive and Smart (Soft Skills):
- Ownership: Takes features from Figma to Production with minimal supervision.
- Critical Thinker: Identifies edge cases and flags technical debt before coding.
- Solution-Driven: Proactively suggests architectural improvements; does not just take tickets.
- Communication: High-level technical English; clear articulation of why vs how.

General Essentials:
- Web and Mobile Fundamentals: DOM APIs, CSS-in-JS, Mobile Lifecycles, and Offline Storage.
- Clean Code: Strong grasp of SOLID principles, DRY, and modular architecture.
- Tooling: CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Gitlab CI, Fastlane, Vite, and Git Flow.
