About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join the Veeam Data Cloud (VDC) engineering team. You will be working with a global team to build next-generation data protection services focused on ensuring data resilience for our customers.

This is a unique opportunity to work on greenfield projects, building features from the ground up that will be deployed and utilized worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Design and development of highly responsive user interface components for web applications using React

• Test and troubleshoot web applications. Design and maintain unit test and end-to-end test frameworks

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Collaborate with other engineering teams to discuss requirements, design and implementation

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions with React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS

• Experience with TypeScript

• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms).

• You are passionate about code quality, extensibility, coding standards, testing, and automation.

• You are impact and result-driven and biased towards execution.

• A university degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience

Bonus Skills

• Experience with database and/or storage systems – especially in the public cloud

• Experience with Azure Cloud

• Experience with Microsoft 365

• Experience with Salesforce
