✨ What You’ll Do

As our next Senior Front‑end Developer, you’ll be a key contributor to building seamless user experiences that help unlock jobs and opportunities for young people across the country.
You will:

Design and develop exceptional front‑end features using React, modern UI frameworks, and web best practices.

Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and back‑end engineers to build elegant, scalable solutions.

Lead by example — mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering standards.

Champion clean code, accessibility, reusability, and maintainability.

Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and application experience.

Bring innovative ideas that push our platform forward.

💡 What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical mastery and the Harambee spirit:

Computer Science (or related) degree.

Microsoft or other cloud‑related certification.

5 years solid experience building front‑end applications in React (plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript mastery).

Ability to work across modern toolchains and CI/CD practices.

A portfolio or track record of clean, thoughtful, user‑centric development.

Experience working in Agile teams.

A drive for continuous learning and improvement.

A collaborative mindset — you love working with people as much as you love writing great code.
