Join Optimiza as a Senior Front End Developer and play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to build scalable and user-friendly front-end solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with latest front-end technologies and best practices to continuously enhance development processes.
• Work closely within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx) is a plus.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers like Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
