Position Overview

The Senior FP&A Manager is a key business partner to ANZ leadership, responsible for delivering high-quality financial insight, leading core FP&A processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the region. The role sits within a newly established FP&A function and will help shape how FP&A operates in ANZ.

What you'll do

• Lead annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes

• Deliver monthly management reporting and executive commentary

• Own complex financial models and scenario analysis

• Partner with senior commercial and operational stakeholders

• Support pricing, investment, and cost optimisation decisions

• Potential to assist with M&A acquisition processes, with a strong pipeline of opportunities

• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and tools

• Ensure alignment with group standards and data integrity

• All other duties as assigned

Who you are

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability

• Advanced Excel skills; BI / planning tools and Dynamics 365 advantageous

• Proven senior stakeholder engagement experience

• CA / CPA qualified (desirable)

• Multinational or regional experience advantageous

• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products advantageous
