PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Senior FP&A Consultant (m/f/d). What if it was you?  

Your mission:  As an experienced consultant in our Finance Advisory & Transformation practice, you'll be at the forefront of our Finance Advisory practice’s development and implementation strategy. You will play a critical role in advising our clients on budgeting, financial planning, management information (MIS), data & analytics, pricing strategy and performance management.  You will work on cutting edge topics such as GenAI, Agentic AI, XP&A, Treasury Management Systems, and next generation ERPs.  

Leveraging your experience in one or several FP&A and EPM solutions (IBM Planning Analytics, SAP, Oracle, Tagetik, OneStream, Board, Anaplan…), strong project management skills, and finance analysis background, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable business insights and deliver effective financial solutions to our clients. 

You will help them modernize their finance functions by evaluating emerging technologies, designing AI enabled use cases, and supporting implementation roadmaps. Alongside client work, you will contribute to proposal development, internal thought leadership, and team knowledge building.

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Lead and manage consulting FP&A engagements, from solution design and documentation through implementation and client:  
• Implement for our clients a budgetary framework (polices, procedures, cost control & monitoring);
• Ensure the full cycle of budget management (i.e. budget planning including budget request management, budget execution, monitoring, reporting, analysis and budgetary control);
• Create and maintain quantitative models for forecasting revenues and expenses.

• Utilize expertise in EPM and FP&A technologies to design and implement solutions tailored to meet clients' financial planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements and provide strategic guidance to clients, advising on best practices in EPM and FP&A processes and technology adoption;
• Analyse clients' existing processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges;
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and effectively managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Oversee project risk assessment and mitigation strategies, ensuring potential roadblocks are identified and addressed proactively;
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in EPM and FP&A practices / Screen and evaluate emerging finance technologies, AI capabilities, and market trends;  
• Contribute to the practice development drafting proposals, service presentations, research pieces, and conducting business development activities.

Let’s talk about you. If you…  

• Have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with a relevant Master's degree;
• Bring min. 4 years of hands-on experience in EPM or FP&A , with a focus on project management, and application design for Financial Planning and Budgeting, ideally in the Financial Sector; 
• Have experience in financial analysis by analysing financial data, identifying trend and providing insights to support business decisions;
• Possess solid knowledge of finance processes, accounting standards, financial reporting, financial modelling, and performance management (understanding regulatory frameworks is an asset); 
• Are advanced in Excel,  Financial modelling and data visualisation tools;
• Are proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, PowerBI, Outlook) and comfortable with Copilot/AI enhanced features;  
• Have an analytical and structured mindset, strong problem solving skills, and a proactive approach to client challenges;  
• Hold or are pursuing relevant certifications such as CFA, FPA, FPAC, CMA, FMVA, AFM, CFM, MFM, CFMP, ACCA/ACA (valued);  
• Experience with FP&A/EPM solutions such as OneStream, IBM Planning Analytics, Jedox, Apliqo, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle, Tagetik, Board, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning is considered as an asset;  
• Are fluent in English and French.
