Your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and review documentation for both new and existing suppliers;
• Supervising the Fixed Asset Accounting area within our Shared Service Center (SSC);
• Review documentation for fixed asset activities: acquisition, scrap, transfers, sales;
• Ensure correct depreciation setup and execution, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
• Perform month end and year end closing activities related to fixed asset;
• Prepare, review, and explain balance sheet reconciliations and management reports;
• Perform and review reconciliation for annual physical counting;
• Support internal and external audits;
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Solid technical accounting knowledge, especially in fixed asset accounting practices;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to met deadlines and work independently;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• Clear and effective communication abilities across teams and functions;
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills;
• A good understanding of accounting principles.
