Senior Financial Systems Consultant

Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in implementing Microsoft software solutions for medium to large organizations. Responsibilities: Champion functional best practices with Microsoft solutions. Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and training. Customize Dynamics 365 templates for sector-specific needs. Engage in data migration and interface integration. Ensure high-quality pre-sales engagements. Coach team members and define training needs. Adhere to Project Methodology. Mitigate project risks and ensure timely communication of progress updates.

Requirements: Requirements: Degree level education or higher. Microsoft Dynamics certifications. 12+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall Methodologies, and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Cloud technologies and integration tools. Familiarity with Power Platform technologies and automated testing tools. Experience in end-to-end project leadership. Exceptional knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional capabilities. Leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Working Schedule and Contract: Hybrid working model with 1 day at the office per week. 40 hours per week with flexible arrangements depending on project requirements.
