In your role as Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business performance through data-driven insights, financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic business support. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:• Financial Planning & Forecasting:
Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Modelling & Analysis:
Build, maintain, and improve dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities, and performance metrics. 
• Reporting & Insights:
Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Performance Management: 
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support data-informed decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand drivers, optimise costs, and enhance profitability.
• Process Improvement:
Continuously refine forecasting methods, reporting templates, and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Strategic Support:
Support strategic initiatives such as pricing strategies, margin analysis, investment evaluations, and M&A activities.

What you bring along:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, having owned Accounting and FP&A in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Close collaboration with a CFO and comfort operating in an execution-focused setup.
• Hands-on and confident working with Excel, Salesforce and Stripe.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, reporting, forecasting, cash management and audits.
• You balance attention to detail with the ability to think ahead and build scalable finance foundations.
• A consulting background is a strong plus.
• English is our primary language for internal and external communication while German is a strong plus.
