Your Purpose

• You will be focused in accounting and financial reporting working closely with the financial planning, and analysis function. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will interact closely with the Group Finance team across the globe. In order to be successful in the role, you will need to have strong technical accounting, data analysis, and project management skills also, its important to have experience in the Mexican regulatory environment (In particular with IFPEs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing process coordinating the activity plan.

• Run quality reconciliations of accounts between ERP and reporting systems.

• Prepare monthly reporting management.

• Provides analysis of monthly financial results including the interpretation of current month performance information.

• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Management,

• Supporting Managers with in-depth analysis

• Executive dashboard reporting

• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis,

• Work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a similar or progressive leadership role

• Proven background in accounting or finance controllership

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfortable working within Business Intelligence tools.

• Able to work effectively as a business partner with various stakeholders.

• Ability to navigate through complex issues, interpret and transform financial data into recommendations to senior leadership.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management and planning skills to successfully manage multiple, simultaneous projects.

• Good organisational/time management skills.

• Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.

• Highly motivated self-starter; ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision
