About the Role
As Senior Controller, you will be a key member of the Group Finance Team, reporting to Head of Group Controlling & Reporting, Mads Windekilde.
You will be a key steward of our financial governance, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our operations. You will lead critical treasury, consolidation, complex IFRS accounting, and compliance functions while serving as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team and our Shared Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
• Strengthen and further develop the financial controlling framework for the group entities, ensuring full compliance with both local statutory requirements and Better Collective’s group reporting
• Oversee group treasury and liquidity management, including weekly cash flow forecasting, bank administration, payment approvals and monitoring of credit facilities
• Lead and coordinate group consolidation and financial reporting across the group
• Develop robust and efficient close processes to ensure accurate, complete and timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting
• Provide strong IFRS expertise, including guidance and impact assessments for new standards and complex transactions
• Act as a key finance partner to our Shared Services Center, supporting process optimisation and high-quality workflows
