Senior Financial Analyst

• Collect financial data and maintain spreadsheets.
• Prepare financial reports and forecast reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation for financial operations and transactions.
• Generate account reconciliation reports and present them to management.
• Collect, reconcile, and analyze data.
• Participate in the development of internal documents and procedures.
• Communicate between departments and provide requested financial information.
• Optimization and structuring of internal processes within the Finance Department
• Defining tasks and ensuring control over their execution
• Allocation and management of team tasks

Requirements:
• Higher education in Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance degree;
• Accountability, self-discipline, and the ability to work autonomously;
• Ability to work under pressure and a massive flow of data;
• Strong analytical thinking and a mathematical mindset;
• Good knowledge of the Russian, English, and Latvian languages;
• Experience in the FinTech industry will be considered an advantage;
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel (knowing SQL is a plus).
