We are excited to confirm our search for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at a pivotal moment for CLV Group. This role plays an important part in supporting thoughtful decision making through strong financial analysis, clear reporting, and practical insight. You will be a trusted partner to property operations and a contributor to how we continue to grow, improve, and work better together.

We are looking for a senior level Financial Analyst who is curious, commercially minded, and energized by problem solving. You are a high performer and a natural leader, someone who enjoys working on a strong team, communicates openly and clearly, and brings warmth, sharp thinking, and genuine enthusiasm to your work. This role is well suited for someone who wants meaningful responsibility today and the opportunity to grow into a future senior finance leader.

Financial planning and analysis

• Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights that support operating efficiency, occupancy, and NOI growth
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for senior leadership and property owners
• Assist with year end financial statement preparation and coordinate with external accountants

Business partnering and collaboration

• Build strong, respectful relationships with property management teams to understand performance, spot trends, and assess the financial impact of operational decisions
• Partner with the maintenance team to report weekly work order and renovation metrics, helping identify patterns and areas of focus across the portfolio
• Act as a trusted finance partner by supporting process improvements, cash flow management, and sound financial governance
• Offer informal leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, contributing to a supportive and high performing team environment
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis, integration initiatives, and projects tied to growth and continuous improvement

Who you are

You are thoughtful, engaged, and genuinely care about doing great work. You communicate clearly, think critically, and show up for your teammates. You are known for being sharp, reliable, and approachable, and for making work enjoyable for the people around you. You take ownership, ask good questions, and step into leadership naturally when needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

· CPA designation or equivalent strongly preferred.

· 5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry.

· Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

· Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.

· Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder management.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information effectively to diverse audiences.

· Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

· High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

· Advanced proficiency with financial systems; Yardi experience is a significant asset.

This role is based in our offices five days a week, giving you the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues, learn from experienced professionals, and grow in a highly engaged team environment.

The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table.  Our expectations are $85,000–$110,000 per year.  Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including market competitiveness, skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job related requirements.
