Senior Financial Analyst - PCR

Aspire Software is looking for a AI Product Engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process for 8 entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial information for management, group reporting, and external stakeholders.
• Manage preparation of statutory accounts in coordination with external providers.
• Manage and prepare the monthly management accounts, and review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and settlements.

Audit & Compliance

• Act as primary contact for external auditors, coordinating requests and managing the audit process across entities.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and group reporting requirements.
• Partner with external accounting and payroll providers to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and mentor a small team of 2 direct reports (AP Analyst and AR Specialist).
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.
• Support professional development of the team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with operational and management teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making.
• Monitor OPEX spend (~€3M annually) and partner with business leaders to ensure budgetary control.
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance and related functions.

Requirements:
At a high level, the candidate must demonstrate:

• Strong applied accounting fundamentals (not just theoretical knowledge).
• Prior Saas Experience
• Clear understanding of revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and financial statement linkages.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive communication and timely escalation of blockers.
• Ownership mindset - not task execution only.
• High reliability and validation discipline.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Strong NetSuite & Excel skills.
