Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the annual budget process and provide various financial modeling as needed.

• Participate in month-end close process by performing detail review of the P&L across all regions to ensure their accuracy. This includes review of operational expenses, bookings, revenue, COGS and Profit Margins.

• Provide monthly Forecast-Analyze and interpret trends to predict future revenue/bookings and operational expenses.

• Provide monthly financial reports and perform reviews with regional managers.

• Perform monthly financial reviews with Corporate to discuss variances in actual vs. budget and actual vs. forecast targets.

• Assist in providing the financial information needed for the quarterly business reviews.

• Build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with other departments.

• Prepare and maintain P&L's for individual lines of business.

• Evaluate profit and cost efficiency initiatives in various areas of the Sales organization as needed.

• Provide analytical support and other ad-hoc analysis to senior management and department managers as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of budget, forecasting and financial analysis experience.

• Major in Finance/Economics.

• Strong Excel, Power Point and Financial Modeling knowledge.

• Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work with senior managers across the organization.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

$70K-85K Range + Bonus
