We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Performance Analyst to join our high‑performing team. The Compliance team supports all Ray‑Mont Logistics sites and employees across North America and acts as a strategic partner to the executive team. Your Work Schedule

Monday to Friday – 40 hrs

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the forecasting process across all group entities.

Update, refine, and continuously improve the company’s financial forecasting model.

Provide weekly updates to management on expected monthly results, trends, and performance drivers.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses comparing actuals to forecasts.

Enhance monthly reporting packages for executives and financial partners.

Develop and optimize reporting of key performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives.

Lead the implementation of the budgeting module within the financial ERP and act as the expert user.

Act as the main point of contact for the VP of Growth and Finance for all reporting requests and analytical needs.

Support the VP of Growth and Finance in preparing, analyzing, and structuring financing deals, including financial modelling, due diligence support, and lender‑ready documentation.

Participate in various ad hoc analyses and special projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with strong financial and analytical skills

8 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis roles, including at least 3 years in a senior capacity

CPA designation

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills

Experience with financial reporting tools and data visualization platforms

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (an asset)

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a results-driven environment

Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset

Excellent teamwork skills and ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

High level of professionalism and integrity
