You:

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to support and deliver finance systems and process transformation initiatives across Feedzai. Reporting to the VP of Finance Transformation, this role combines hands-on system administration with end-to-end ownership of finance transformation programs.

You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Treasury, and non-finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, primarily within NetSuite and its integrated ecosystem. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong technical finance systems expertise, process design capability, and stakeholder management skills.

Your Day to Day:

Finance Systems & Operations

• Provide day-to-day support for finance systems, primarily NetSuite, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Support NetSuite enhancement and implementation projects, including integrations with FP&A, procurement, expense, and other systems.

• Maintain and govern finance master data, including vendors, AP accounts, cost centers, and bank details.

• Approve and manage vendor records in Payflows, including bank detail verification.

• Support Treasury with bank-related issues and discrepancy resolution.

• Identify and resolve data synchronization issues across ERP and integrated systems.

• Engage regularly with vendors and partners (NetSuite ACS, Navan, Expensify, Payflows, integration partners) to manage issues and delivery.

Finance Transformation & Projects

• Support finance and digital transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.

• Support process automation initiatives, including workflow automation and experimentation with GenAI-enabled capabilities.

• Support Advanced Revenue Management configuration and integration within NetSuite.

• Engage regularly with vendors and partners (NetSuite ACS, Navan, Expensify, Payflows, integration partners) to manage issues and delivery.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare financial reports, management dashboards, and performance analyses.

• Build and maintain analytical and financial models using Excel and Power Pivot.

• Provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Documentation, Controls & Compliance

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and system documentation.

• Support audit and compliance initiatives through well-designed, well-documented processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted partner to Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and non-finance teams.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at varying levels of technical and financial knowledge.

• Participate in cross-functional planning, alignment, and strategy discussions.

You Have & You Know-how:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5–8+ years of experience working with ERP and finance systems, with strong hands-on NetSuite experience, including localization initiatives, including Portuguese and Spanish language, tax, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience across core finance processes, including:

• Procure-to-Pay

• Order-to-Cash (Revenue recognition (Advanced Revenue Management)

• Record-to-Report

• Experience working in multi-entity, multi-country, multi-currency environments.

• Experience integrating ERP systems with FP&A, expense, procurement, and non-financial platforms.

• Strong project management skills, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and delivery ownership.

• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis; strong PowerPoint and G-Suite proficiency.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
