Civica is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Finance Systems Analyst.

The Finance Systems team plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our key finance systems, such as ERP and FP&A, ensuring they serve as a single source of truth and integrate seamlessly across our platforms.

In this role, you'll provide project support and lead the way in acquiring and integrating new data into the FP&A system, paving the way for fresh insights that drive business performance.

Moreover, this position places a strong emphasis on process improvement and automation, both of which are essential for the ongoing evolution of our business.

• Assist in the development of finance systems, which includes specifying data and reporting requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), building reports and models, and providing support during the release and after go-live
• Consistently and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the system and its utilization within the group by comprehending the requirements and challenges of stakeholders.
• Assist in the routine finance procedures as a designated System Super User / Admin to maintain a single source of truth and ensure alignment across all systems and processes.
• Identify and analyse large data sets from different sources to identify and unlock new insights by bringing them into our systems.

Requirements:
What you will need to be successful in this role:

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated success in advancing and implementing process and system enhancements.

• Enthusiasm for data, systems, and enhancing processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of management accounting procedures.
• Strong communication abilities in both written and spoken forms.
• A proactive individual who solves problems in a structured and logical manner.
• Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel proficiency when handling extensive data sets.
• Demonstrated meticulousness and a self-evaluation method to guarantee consistently high-quality results.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in using Workday Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A system.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
