Senior Finance Professional (Multiple Opportunities)

We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals to support a range of client opportunities across Singapore’s corporate, commercial, and professional services sectors. This consolidated role is designed to attract high-calibre finance talent across multiple disciplines, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific role and business needs, responsibilities may include:

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance insights
• Oversight of general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close
• Supporting business leaders with commercial and strategic financial analysis
• Ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/IFRS)
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Improving financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Coaching, mentoring, or managing junior finance team members

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CA (Singapore), ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
• Demonstrated potential to move into senior or leadership-level roles
