Senior Finance Professional (Multiple Opportunities)

We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across Saudi Arabia. This consolidated role is intended to attract high-caliber finance talent across multiple disciplines, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on role focus and organization, and may include:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting
• Overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Supporting strategic and commercial decision-making with financial insights
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial control frameworks
• Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
• Improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and controls
• Mentoring or managing junior finance and accounting staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, SOCPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Leadership potential and readiness for increased responsibility
