We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across the Netherlands. This consolidated role is designed to attract finance talent across multiple disciplines, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Business Controlling, and Financial Control.
This opportunity is well suited to professionals aiming to progress into senior finance or leadership-level roles within international or fast-growing organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the specific role and organisational structure, responsibilities may include:
• Preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting
• Managing general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close
• Supporting business units with commercial and strategic financial insights
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and Dutch financial regulations
• Coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Improving financial controls, processes, and reporting efficiency
• Mentoring or managing junior finance team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• RA, RC, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Workday, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Leadership potential and readiness for increased responsibility
