Als Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) - Group Controlling / FP&A übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau unserer gruppenweiten Steuerungs- und Reporting-Strukturen. Du sorgst dafür, dass aus Daten klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen werden und wir die Performance unserer Gesellschaften aktiv steuern können. Dabei entwickeln wir unsere Finance-Funktion gezielt weiter: zu einer modernen, gruppenweiten Steuerungsplattform mit klarem Fokus auf Transparenz, Performance und datenbasierte Entscheidungen. Deine Aufgaben:

• Group Controlling & Reporting

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten Reporting-Frameworks

• Analyse der Performance unserer Tochtergesellschaften

• Entwicklung und Steuerung relevanter KPIs auf Gruppenebene

• Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Daten- und Systemlandschaften

• Standardisierung von Prozessen und KPI-Logiken über mehrere Gesellschaften hinweg

• FP&A & Steuerung

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Budget-, Forecast- und Rolling Forecast-Prozessen

• Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen (Plan vs. Ist)

• Entwicklung von Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit:

• lokalen Stakeholder

• CFO und Management

• Group Accounting
