• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis—but with a focus on what the numbers mean for the business.

Requirements:
What We Expect

• 10+ years in finance, specifically in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• You’ve dealt with C-level execs before—you know when to push back, when to push forward, and how to handle the heat.
• You’re not just a number-cruncher—you think like a business owner.
• Strong analytical skills, but more importantly, a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and high expectations.
• No egos, no excuses. Just results.
