Job Profile

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for All Teledyne LeCroy PSG product lines including USB, DDR, PCI Express, SAS, SATA, Fiber Channel, Fiber Channel of Ethernet.
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams to define an outlines of the product presentation and promotions with customers.
• Provide Technical Training to new and existing customers and future customers when it comes to test and measument tools.
• Collaborate with other team members: sales engineering, marketing, application engineering and product development teams to drive closure on customer deliverables.
• Create and develop relationships with key customer decision makers.
• Maintain high work ethic to meet or exceed quarterly business objectives and design in targets
• Ability and willingness to travel.

Educational Requirements:

• BSEE/BCCS or minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Strong analytical /problem solving skills
• Comfortable interfacing with customers and being part of the Sales process
• Good understanding of Sales cycle and customer decision making and development cycle
• Time management and prioritization
• Strong work ethic
• Highly motivated, bring high energy level to the job
• Follows corporate strategy and direction
• Work within organizational policies and practices
• Strong planning and organization
• Sets goals and objectives
• Requires travel up to 50% of the time

Experience, Training, Skills:

C/C++, Windows COM based, Linux, SAS, SATA, PCI Express, USB, DDR, Fiber Channel knowledge.

Knowledge of how to use Teledyne LeCroy Analyzers

Customer interfacing skills

Technical presentation skills

Training skills
