Are you a seasoned biddable media expert ready to lead and innovate? We're looking for a Senior Expert PPC Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role drives strategy, coordinates daily biddable media activities, and ensures smooth operations for our clients, all powered by our cutting-edge AI platform. What You'll do:

As a PPC Senior Expert Specialist in our Activation department, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of biddable campaigns for your own roster of brands. This includes:

• Campaign ownership: Leading complex biddable campaigns from strategy and proposal to activation, continuous monitoring, optimization, and detailed reporting to meet client KPIs.

• Platform mastery: Executing media buying across major platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and cost control.

• Data-driven optimization: Analyzing campaign data from Google Analytics (or similar) to extract actionable insights and continuously improve performance.

• Technical expertise: Managing measurement tags, creating automation, and troubleshooting technical issues, often leveraging our AI platform.

• Innovation & growth: Staying updated on new media features, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team development and process improvements.

• Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders using our ERP system and Agile methodology.

What You'll bring:

• Experience:  +4 years of hands-on experience in biddable media.

• Platform proficiency: In-depth knowledge and experience with:

• Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Demand Gen, Shopping)

• Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Apple Ads

• Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics

• Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data, extract insights, and drive optimization.

• Technical acumen: Familiarity with ad servers, verification tools, tag management systems, and strong Excel skills.

• Key Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, excellent English communication (written & verbal), strong planning, problem-solving, collaborative, ambitious, and a team player.

• AI interest: Familiarity with AI-driven media platforms or a strong interest in leveraging AI is a plus.
