Are you passionate to lead the transformation of Learning by leveraging AI & system excellence to deliver personalized learning experiences? In this role you will enable us to deploy our virtual global learning curriculum, evaluate AI opportunities for tailored learning, and create a hub for all L&D offerings, integrating seamlessly with our existing platforms.

Your key responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions for personalized learning.
Configure recommendation engines and integrate emerging AI tools ethically.
Design engaging, accessible learning experiences using state of the art tools.
Deploy our virtual global core curriculum with blended, AI-enhanced content (microlearning, simulations, adaptive quizzes).
Train learning coordinators to apply UDL principles, create multimedia assets, and experiment with AI prompting for content generation.
Partner with diverse stakeholder landscape in HR, Digital & Tech, HRE, GES, Purchasing, Communications, in our Business Units and vendors.

You bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Learning Technologies, AI, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years in L&D, instructional design, or learning technology roles.
Customer centric e2e way of working, communication excellence & ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Familiarity with AI concepts (machine learning, NLP), frameworks and ethical AI principles as well as MS platforms and HRIS systems
Strong project management, Analytical & Impact-Oriented Thinking
Preferably experience in global learning strategy and curriculum design.
